Tour itinerary
◆Pick up at traveler’s hotel between 8:00-9:00am, then drive to the Badaling Great Wall (60 miles away from downtown).
◆Sightseeing on the most famous part of Great Wall of China—Badaling section for 2 hours.
◆Then drive to restaurant nearby the Ming Tombs to have a Chinese lunch.
◆After lunch, about 20 minutes driving to the Ming Tombs area and visit the most famous emperor’s mausoleum of Ming Dynasty with 500 years history—Chang Tomb. (1 hour)

A hutong is an ancient city alley or lane typical in Beijing. Existed as early as hundreds of years ago, narrow lanes, or hutongs were common in ancient Beijing. In the past, several thousand lanes, alleys and quadrangles(siheyuan), formed residential areas for ordinary people living in the capital. Today, as the city develops into an international metropolis, its lanes and alleyways, occupying one third of the city proper, still serve as dwellings for half the total urban population.
